First I want to say that I don't have experience with Symphony framework I do not use it but my client have website built by another company and he wants move it to another server. I have read some documentations and get to work but I face up with problem which isn't described in FAQ and I don't know what can cause it. You can see this error here: http://flagi-sign.home.pl/claudius.pl/claudius/web/
Maybe someone know this problem and can give me a clue because I really don't know what to do..

The error is:

Configuration "config/settings.yml" does not exist or is unreadable

You don't need symfony skills to understand this. From the folder you have moved, have a look in the config folder, there should be a setttings.yml file. If it is missing then the application will not work; however it is more likely that it has the wrong permissions, and you just need to make it readable by the web server user.

Try clearing your cache first.

Then download the latest copy of symfony 1.0 and unpack it, repointing the paths in /config/config.php to the lib and data folders. You appear at least to be missing your symfony/lib/VERSION file, so I wonder if other things are missing too?
