hello, I'm using a shared hosting to install symfony, so in this part
http://www.symfony-project.org/getting-started/1_4/en/05-Web -Server-Configuration

where they say to edit httpd.conf, I tried to simply put an .htaccess file in the main sfproject folder, and wrote that:

http://gist.github.com/441190

However it didn't work (404), anyone got any tips ?
