Hi,

I am new to jQuery and an intermediate level programmer with Symfony. I'd like to use jQuery with Symfony. I'm using Symfony 1.0. I'd like to use it for my commercial website. Could you please provide me with some links wherein I can study in detail about using jQuery with symfony. Some tutorials, documentations etc.

Thanks

I use symfony just as it is, rather than with helpers. I copy the latest minified version into /web/js/ and then just add the file reference into the relevant view.yml when I need it.

Then I just use it either in the template body for small stuff, or in a separate JS file if I'm doing something substantial.

The docs at docs.jquery.com are excellent, btw.

Thanks Halfer, for the suggestion. I will try to do the same and also have a look at the docs you mentioned.

Thanks Stormsson for the link to the plugin Smile
