Do we need user comments/code examples in books/API?[ 7 vote(s) ]
1.Yes 7 / 100%
2.No 0 / 0%

I created one post about user notes in API
http://forum.symfony-project.org/index.php?t=msg&th=2046 7&start=0&

but I also think about possibility to add notes/code examples to symfony books will be very good idea too.

what do you think?

For example: if you look in forum a lot of people asking how to use rich editor (how to use FCK? hot to use using admin generator? etc.) and I think it will be great if there will be possible to put comment/code example here
http://www.symfony-project.org/book/1_2/10-Forms#chapter_10_ sub_rich_text_editing

maybe need to ask fabien for this feature?

the easiest way to do it using wiki...

The comments and examples at the foot of the pages in the online PHP documentation are a major and very important part of the documentation and the thing I miss most in the symfony docs.

Often the answer exists somewhere, but where - there's a cookbook, forums, api, jobeet, askeet, symfony book, etc...

First it must be in book

this is the main thing.

I'm thinking about create project 'sfManual' where people can put comments...

also idea to have manual in *.chm format it will be great I think
