I'm having the same question. It'd be wonderfull to know what the possibilities of generator.yml are?

I just got the opportunity to ask my question to fabpot on the irc channel, which is probably the same person as found on this profile: http://www.symfony-project.com/forum/index.php/u/2/

His answer:

I agree! I'd love to see a more comprehensive breakdown of all the features one can use in a genertor.yml file.
