I've netbeans 6.5, apache, php5, and xdebug. I created a new project from sources in netbeans and have the debugger configured. I can step through my project as it is now. I have the symfony package in the project structure so I can step through the symfony code as it executes. However, I've ran into troubles getting the app to run all of the way through. Some of the "require" statements in symfony files are actually failing and I've noticed that it happens due to a constructor not explicitly included in the class in which the "require" statement is attempting to include. In those instances I've when I include a constructor, the debugger will no longer fail. This leads me to ask the question, why? Also, if anyone out there has been able to successfully debug a symfony project as I'm attempting by all means, enlighten me please.

i have no problem debuging php code with xdebug or zenddebuger even in symfony code source without ever adding any require.
However i m using eclipse pdt 2.1 so maybe it s netbeans related.
