I am using sym1.2 in shared hosting provider, in web environment, it is fine, no problem, but in CLI task, it throw fatal error, PDO class missing.

My provider is using enable-PDO=shared to compile php, does this influence the cli task implementation?

If CLI can not use PDO, are there any otherway to walk around? Can I degrade to other class without using PDO in CLI? How can I do it?

Thanks

If php -m at the command line doesn't include PDO or pdo_mysql, speak to your provider. I am not sure there is anything you can do about this if you have no access to your php.ini file.
