Hi, I configured the prestaForum plugin and when I try to login in my site it displays this

http://lh3.ggpht.com/_FS5HikmdlvQ/TDClb9U7G2I/AAAAAAAAAEY/BVVUaMLEVgM/s640/error_tablapf.png

or when I try to go in the module sfApply it displays the error ("The "sfGuardUserProfile" model has to "User" relation.")

Hi,

I work for Prestaconcept, the society who have develop the prestaForumConnectorPlugin.

Firstly, thank you for using this plugin.

To understand why you got this error, you would have to explain how you installed/configured the plugin. Do you have following the installation steps ? ( http://www.symfony-project.org/plugins/prestaForumConnectorP lugin?tab=plugin_readme)
Especially, i want to know if you have correctly execute the following task ;
./symfony prestaForumConnector:patchForum frontend --env=dev

Database "hcn" does not exist.

I don't mean to give pressure but my time is running out and this is important for my final project (like the thesis) at the university for getting graduated.

Did you really put the "--env=dev" option when you execute the "prestaForumConnector:patchForum" command ?

./symfony prestaForumConnector:patchForum frontend --env=dev

Is any doctrine* command work properly for you ?
Normaly, the prestaForumConnector:patchForum command use the default database configuration. So, if the command say he cannot use the database, i think its because the database configuration is wrong.

Can you put here the content of youre config/database.yml file ?

PS : i'm sorry for the delay, but i also have a work and i can't spent all time i want on this forum. Wink

Yes i writed first like this : --env="dev" because the example of symfony was like that and it worked and then like you said --end=dev.

this is what my database.yml have, I must say that I am working in linux, linux mint.

all:
  doctrine:
    class: sfDoctrineDatabase
    param:
      dsn: mysql:host=127.0.0.1;dbname=hcn
      username: root
      password: ''

I have just as for the dev who have work on this plugin.
He tell him he have work on a similar problem : http://trac-symfony.prestaconcept.net/ticket/6 (the last part of the ticket)

Currently, the plugin has a static approach to read the database connection informations.
Try to construct like this :
dsn: mysql:dbname=hcn;host=127.0.0.1

(put the dbname has 1st element, and host and 2nd element)

What exactly is an MP and what code do you want (my complete project?).
